Access My BoilerExpress
Deposits of up to $999 can be made by cash or check. Credit cards can have deposits of up to $996. Once a transaction is complete, funds are deposited immediately into your account.
Cash or Check
You can add funds at no additional cost to your account in person with cash or check during normal business hours at the Purdue ID Card Office, Purdue Village or Smalley Center.
You can also pay by check through the mail, with checks directed to our office address. All checks should be made payable to Purdue University and include the student's PUID number in the memo line.
Credit or Debit
Cardholders, parents or guests can deposit funds directly to BoilerExpress using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or debit cards through eAccounts. Guests will need to know the student's first name, last name and Purdue email address. Please note that there is a $3 fee for each credit card deposit, so the maximum possible credit or debit card deposit is $996.

BoilerExpress account closures are only permitted when students are graduating, withdrawing from the university or at the end of the spring semester. This will close your account. If any of these apply to you, please complete the online request form. There is a $10 fee to close the account. Please allow six weeks for processing.
If you owe money to the University, the refund goes toward the balance owed. If you are signed up for direct deposit and no money is owed, a refund will go directly into the account you have set up. If you do not have direct deposit, then a check is written and mailed to the address you have on file with the university. Please note that we do not send mail to addresses outside the U.S.
