Student Loans

The University Receivables and Collections Office manages the administration of the Federal Perkins, Health Profession, and Purdue Institutional loan programs.  These programs are managed in accordance with Federal, State, and University regulations. Purdue has partnered with Heartland/ECSI (Educational Computer Systems, Inc.) to provide the billing, payment processing, and servicing of Purdue University campus based loans. Heartland/ECSI provides customer service support to current and former students on promissory notes, entrance/exit interviews, loan repayment, and loan deferment/cancellation questions and procedures.
