Using the Finance Directory
Keyword Search: Individuals looking for a specific person or a business office can use the keyword Search. For example, if you are looking for a Forestry and Natural Resources contact, a user can type Forestry into the search window and click the hour glass to find the name of the appropriate Business Manager. Users can also search for individuals using their name.
Filters: The filters can be used to create a subset of data. For example, by filtering on Finance and Business Operations, a user can then search a smaller set of data in the College/Area filter to find a list of individuals in a specific Business Operations Center.
Directory Access
The search and filter functions on the directory page only work when using the ‘webvpn.’ If you receive an error message when using these functions, please confirm your ‘webvpn.purdue.edu’ VPN settings. If the settings are correct and you are logged on but are still having issues, please reach out to Angie Delworth.

Operations Centers: Not finding the business operations center contact information needed? Detailed directories including associated alias email addresses are maintained on the Employment Operations Center website and Procurement Operations Center websites.
SPS Generic Business Office Email Lsits: Users seeking to identify operational level business support for a specific cost center can use the SPS Generic Business Office Email Look Up tool. All members of the list for each business office will receive messages sent to the address. Responsibility for accuracy of these lists rests with the business management staff.
