Wellness Programs provides a variety of options and services to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Wellness on Demand

Wellness on Demand provides your group with free presentations.  To ask a quick wellness quesiton use the Wellness Peer Mentor Q&A. Listen to our wellness podcasts for wellness tips on the go or at home. 

Alcohol education programs are available for your organization or classroom. The Purdue Alcohol and Other Drug Policy Guide has information about health effects, laws and policies, and resources available for students.

Nutrition Services

Our Registered Dietitian provides free nutrition counseling to students. For more general nutrition recommendations, have a diet analysis completed with our Graduate Assistant.  We also offer our Ask the Dietitian Q&A as a way to get basic nutrition information or just ask a quick question.

The Demonstration Kitchen

The Demonstration Kitchen offers a variety of scheduled cooking demonstrations throughout the school year, in addition to private demos and kitchen rentals.

Massage and Light Therapy

Massage therapy involves manipulating muscle and connective tissue to enhance performance, facilitate the body’s natural healing process, and promote relaxation.  To make an appointment with our licensed massage therapists, call 765.496.1788. 

Light therapy is offered at no cost to all individuals, typically performed to treat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

Sexual Health

We offer educational program opportunities on Sexual Health. Our Right Fit Condom Program offers several types of name-brand condoms and other sexual health materials at minimal to no cost.
