Wellness Programs provides a variety of options and services to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Wellness Services

Wellness on Demand - free presentations for student groups and classrooms.  
Wellness Mentoring  - one-on-one sessions to develop your health and wellness goals. 
Wellness podcasts -  for wellness tips on the go or at home. 

Alcohol education programs are available for your organization or classroom. The Purdue Alcohol and Other Drug Policy Guide has information about health effects, laws and policies, and resources available for students.

Nutrition Services

Free nutrition counseling to students - be seen by a registered dietician! 
Diet analysis - get general nutrition recommendations.  
Ask the Dietitian Q&A - get basic nutrition information or just ask a quick question.

The Demonstration Kitchen

The Demonstration Kitchen offers a variety of scheduled cooking demonstrations, in addition to private demos and kitchen rentals.

Massage and Light Therapy

Massage therapy helps relaxation and promotes the body's healing.  To make an appointment with our licensed massage therapists, call 765.496.1788. 

Light therapy is offered at no cost to all individuals, typically performed to treat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

Sexual Health

We offer educational program opportunities on Sexual Health. Our Right Fit Condom Program offers several types of name-brand condoms and other sexual health materials at minimal to no cost.

We are located in the
