With over 50 classes a week, GroupX has something for everyone. You can learn the latest dance moves, fuel your cardio fitness, increase your strength and power or improve your mindfulness and flexibility. With cutting-edge exercise science, the hottest music, and your very own Boilermaker instructors, Group X will help you fall in love with fitness.
Pre-registration is required for all classes.
Class spots may be reserved up to 72 hours in advance.

No-Show Policy
An empty space in class means that another participant is being kept from joining the class. Participants will be charged for any pre-booked sessions that are "late cancelled" or are "no show". Participants who fail to cancel their registration at least 15 minutes before the start of class or do not show up, will have their account and access to the CoRec suspended until they pay the $5 no-show fee at the Member Services desk at the CoRec.

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH
Total Body Strength fuses cardiovascular, strength, and core training into one super-charged workout. Workouts will target major muscle groups utilizing various movements from week to week.
LES MILLS BODYPUMP™
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that shapes, tones, and strengthens your entire body. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads. BODYPUMP™ will help you achieve strength and introduce muscle endurance conditioning.
LES MILLS GRIT™
GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate, and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
LES MILLS CORE™
CORE™ 30-minute training workout that uses bodyweight, resistance tubing, and free weights to focus on muscles such as the back, hip flexors, abdominals, and glutes that make up your ‘Core.’ Exercises are designed to improve your functional strength for better mobility and injury prevention.
BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp focuses on cardiorespiratory endurance and full-body strength. Train using bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, and push-ups. Equipment such as; TRX, BOSU, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Speed Ladder, and much more.
BARRE
Barre is a muscle-endurance class that utilizes a ballet barre for many of the exercises. Barre consists of exercises that have high reps and low weights. The goal is to fatigue all major muscle groups for a full-body workout.
GENTLE YOGA
Breathe through movement. This yoga class involves movements that are synchronized to the breath. All levels are welcome to relax the mind, body, and soul.
POWER YOGA FLOW
Let’s flow. Power Yoga Flow will guide you through energetic and quick-flowing sequences with a dynamic mix of postures. It will allow you to release stress while still building strength and gaining flexibility. Modifications are always offered.
SUNRISE YOGA
Sunrise Yoga session starts with breathing exercises. Every class has its unique flow of stretch, power, balance and a general variety of Yoga Poses, ending with deep relaxation in resting pose.All levels are welcome; modifications will be offered.
YOGA SCULPT
Yoga Sculpt is a fast past yoga flow that incorporates resistance, strength, and cardiovascular training within traditional yoga sequences with optional weights. All levels are welcome; modifications will be offered.
RELAX & RESTORE YOGA
Relax & Restore blends different styles of Yoga to create a balanced healing practice of mind, body, and breath. Relax & Restore allows for longer postures or poses. Each pose is a unique experience linked with breathing, stretching, and letting go of tension and stress. This class is perfect for beginners and advanced students.
CYCLE
This introductory class is the perfect entry point into cycling. Ride over hills and across flat roads with a variety of sprints and intervals. Participants are given the control to adjust resistance throughout the workout. This class will review bike setup and proper alignment for beginners. All levels are welcome.
POUND®
Pound fuses easy-to-follow cardio moves with Pilates, isometric movements, & and yoga-based poses into a cardio-strength workout, all while drumming with RIPStix. This combo works the entire body, raises the heart rate, and forces each move to be as precise as a basic beat.
HIIT
HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. In this 30-minute class, both weighted and bodyweight exercises will be used to perform short bursts of movements followed by quick recoveries to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and overall fitness.
AFRICAN DANCE
Join us for African Dance class. Participants will experience an upbeat, energetic and fun way to exercise. Move to afrobeats and instrumentals from various African Cultures. No dance experience is required.
ZUMBA®This Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class incorporates Latin and international music and dance moves, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating and effective workout. ZUMBA® class combines fast and slow rhythms of cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip-hop, pop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, calypso, and salsaton. No dance experience is required.
DANCE FITNESS
This class provides continuous cardio using a combination of current music & high-energy dance moves. This aerobic workout combines traditional aerobic routines with dance-based choreography including swing, salsa, hip-hop, modern, African and Jazz.
