Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition Counseling services at Purdue Recreation & Wellness provide a variety of services to help you achieve your food and nutrition goals! Keeping a healthy diet in college can be challenging. Remember that the foods and behaviors you choose now will likely impact your habits later. By making smart choices, you will be able to stay focused, increase your ability to do well in classes, and eat a diet rich in nutrients.

Resources for Students

  • One-on-one nutrition counseling appointments with a registered dietitian are available to all Purdue students.  Appointments are free and last 30-60 minutes.
  • Our free Diet Analysis program provides students with general diet recommendation while also providing a breakdown of calorie, macronutrient, and micronutrient intakes.
  • Ask the Dietitian. This link is an easy way to get basic nutrition information or just ask a quick question.
