Demonstration Kitchen

The Demonstration Kitchen strives to make cooking accessible to everyone, by demonstrating delicious recipes and menus that are quick, easy and affordable. Our Student Cooking Instructors will provide you with nutrition information, culinary techniques and food recipe cards. You will also have the opportunity to sample the dishes prepared during the demonstration you attend. 

Hammer Down Challenge

Ready to take it to the next level? Challenge your friends to a cooking smack down with this new feature. Send the best or worst cook from the group, house, club, or organization to the Demo Kitchen to duel over a simple recipe with a few curve balls thrown in. Winner takes the Whisk Trophy and Boiler Braggin’ Rights.

Challenge multiple times to win the whole trophy set!

  • Cost $100 for 2 hours, which includes:
    • Food
    • Live Zoom + Recording to Show Off
    • Kitchen Rental
    • 2 Cooking Instructors for Support

Kitchen Rentals

Are you looking for a fun and creative way to host a meeting or celebrate with a group? How about team building with your co-workers? Cooking is a great way to gather friends and colleagues and the Demonstration Kitchen is available to reserve for students, faculty, and staff. Get more info on kitchen rentals here.

Kids Cooking Classes

Learn how fun and easy cooking can be! Your child will learn how to make delicious recipes in a hands-on, safe, and fun environment, and taste everything along the way. All of our classes teach valuable knowledge and life skills, including basic culinary skills, food safety information and how to make healthy food choices.
