All rentals must include a ServSafe certified Demo Kitchen staff member. Staff member rates are $17.50/hour.

• Participants must bring their own food.
• The Demo Kitchen staff member will provide access to the kitchen and offer guidance on equipment use and safety. They will ensure the group departs at their scheduled time and have restored the kitchen to its original clean condition before the reservation concludes. 
• The reserving group is responsible for scheduling sufficient time for both event setup/preparation and cleanup.
• Please request your reservation at least two weeks in advance using the Kitchen Rental form.
