Final Call for Showcase in Indianapolis
Missed the Showcase deadline? There is one “final call” for you to present your work this semester! Carefully review the information about this session.
- Individuals who would like to present but missed the original deadline can submit their abstract and bring their printed poster to one of the sessions.
- Mentor approval is needed before the poster can be presented, through OURConnect (preferred) or via an email notification at the event.
- Abstracts will be added to the online abstract book after the event.
- Space is limited. Hence, it is important to submit the abstract and get mentor approval as soon as possible.

Final Call Considerations
- Posters should be no wider than 3' (36") and no taller than 2' (24").
- You should bring your printed poster with you to the poster session during the check-in period that begins 30 minutes prior to each session
- If there is space and you have not submitted your abstract, you must submit it when you arrive.
Business casual for your presentation is encouraged, but not required.
