Mentormaker Training Tracks

The following Mentormaker tracks will be available in fall 2025. If you are interested in being notified when they are available, please send an email to ugresearch@purdue.edu.

The Rail Pass track gives you access to a series of topics and, anyone who completes the required modules and deliverables, will receive a certificate of completion and a letter, which may be claimed in resumes, CVs, or anywhere mentor training is required (e.g., grant application). This track is delivered in a hybrid mix of in-person and asynchronous self-study.

The single-stop track is a collection of topics where each topic is experienced synchronously as a single topic. Formats include one-on-one consultation or presentation to your group (2 or more people) scheduled on your availability.

The express track is a collection of topics/resources available for asynchronous self-study. Mentors simply explore each topic at their own pace and interest level.
