Self-Assessment of Mentoring Skills

The Self-Assessment of Mentoring Skills (SAMS) is a simple inventory that mentors may use to identify their perceived level of skills related to mentoring undergraduate student researchers. Skills are organized in blocks directly related to Mentormaker training topics; hence, the OUR has resources to help mentors seeking training for any knowledge of skill gains with all topics. Refer to Mentormaker Training to learn more.
