Mentoring Undergraduate Student Researchers

Undergraduates are eager to find a research mentor and engage in research experiences. They are curious — and since they are new to the research process, they often ask questions or observe connections that seasoned researchers may not expect. As a research mentor, it can be a deeply satisfying experience to work with new researchers as they develop basic skills and develop an interest in research.
