Volunteer during the Spring Conference

The Conference Planning Committee seeks individuals to help with the logistical components of running the 2025 Spring Undergraduate Research Conference. These vital positions include helping with set-up, running the coat and bag check, and working at student and judge registration for the poster sessions on April 8 in the PMU Ballrooms and serving as a room moderator on April 10 in STEW 214. Various time slots are available using this SignUpGenius link. Those who sign up will receive instructions closer to the event and should plan to be there during the times they volunteer.
