Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for the oversight and administration of all University debt.

Purdue borrows money to construct and improve campus facilities for better student-education experiences. Financial Planning and Analysis typically issues 20-year tax-exempt bonds with serial (yearly) amortization to pay the obligation.
