- Investigators/Study Personnel: List of all Investigators and Protocol Personnel
- Correspondents: Additional contacts for this protocol
- Areas of Research: Fields of study/research categorization
- Funding Source: Designates where project funding will be acquired
- Species/Groups: Indicates the animals to be used on this protocol with additional information
- Alternatives Search: Required searches to show that research has not already been conducted
