We understand that there are many non-federal research opportunities available and each sponsor has specific requirements and guidelines. We are here to assist you in all elements of these submissions while adhering to University policies and procedures (F&A policy, authorized to sign for University, contract negotiations). Having the Pre-Award Center involved up front will assist with making sure the budget estimates presented to the sponsor are fully costed to ensure a smooth and timely submission.
