 01  SPS Location

This field indicates which SPS office to which the proposal package will ultimately be sent.

 02  SPS Reviewer

The SPS reviewer is the Pre-Award manager or specialist who will develop, assist and/or review the proposal. The SPS reviewer is assigned by Pre-Award once the Proposal Notification Form is completed and submitted.

03  Business Contact

The Business Contact is the person in the Business Office who is most suited to answer any questions about the proposal for either the SPS reviewer or the proposal submission center. This is intended to be a specific person in a Business Office, not a generic contact.

04  Cost Share Type

Cost Share dollars are accounted for within the budget however for quick reference and reporting, if the proposal contains Cost Share it will also be indicated here.

05  Conflict of Interest

This field is used to disclose if there is an indicated conflict of interest regarding any individual listed on the proposal.

06  Bowen Lab

Indicates a Bowen Lab affiliated proposal.

07  Kepner Facility

Indicates a Kepner Facility affiliated proposal.

08  Data Management Plan

Indicates there is a data management plan in place for OVPR reporting.

09  Program Type

There are a number of sponsor defined programs that are specifically tracked and reported on here at Purdue.

10  Affiliations (01-05)

Used to associate the proposal with a Center or Institute that is not applicable for Discovery Park credit.

11 Submission Method

SPS utilized for tracking and reporting trends in varying submission methods

12  Pre-Award Services

Field used to track the services provided by SPS Pre-Award during the development and review of the proposal.

13  International Scope

Indicates if the proposal has international scope.

14  International Code

Designates county code applicable for International Scope

15 Submit Date (mm/dd/yyy...

Actual date of proposal submission to sponsor.

16  Tracking Number (1-3)

Number provided by hardcopy or electronic submission method for tracking Sponsor receipt

17  Date Funded or Not:

Date on award or not funded notification from Sponsor

18  SAP Grant Number

Number of the SAP Grant record when established

19  SAP Award Amount:

Total amount of award designted in SAP

20  Fund

SAP fund

21  Legacy Account

Legacy Account number associated with historic proposals for data reporting purposes
