Boiler Gaming Camp

Get ready for an unforgettable summer at the Boiler Gaming Camp! This exciting camp, hosted by Purdue Recreation & Wellness, is designed for 9 through 14 year age groups who are passionate about gaming. Campers will dive into an action-packed lineup of activities across a variety of popular game titles. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, this is your chance to level up, make new friends and experience the ultimate gaming environment.

All campers will learn about the importance of healthy habits in esports, and how they can improve your gameplay. They will also have an opportunity to meet with current Purdue Esports players and staff to discover more about esports here at Purdue. Our groups will focus across a variety of games encouraging creativity, problem solving, and team work skills

Boiler Gaming Camp 2026:

Registration is open. Should you have any inquiries regarding registration procedures, please do not hesitate to contact esports@purdue.edu.

Camp Dates, Games & Age Groups
Week 1: (June 1 – June 5) 
Week 2: (June 8 – June 12)
Week 3: (June 15 – June 19)
Week 4: (June 22 – June 26)
Week 5: (July 6 – July 10)
Week 6: (July 13 – July 17)
Camp Hours
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 
Parent/Guardian Drop Off: 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Parent/Guardian Pick up: 3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. 
Pricing
  • All Registrants:
    • $200 per Week- Full Day Camper (9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
Do we need to bring a lunch? Will food be provided or can I buy a lunch for my kid?
  • Parents can either send a lunch with their child or pay $30/week per child for a lunch that will be provided by Purdue Dining and Culinary.
  • Parents will be required to pack two snacks and a water bottle with their child every day.
When do I fill out the waivers?

You will be sent an email with a link to the waiver information a few weeks after registering. All campers must be registered in BoilerBase. Information on how to do this will be contained in the email we send to the parent that registered the dependent.

Directions for Profile Setup

This section explains how to setup your profile as well as your dependent's profile. Before registration, these tips and tools will have your account ready for a simple registration experience.

Purdue Login, Creating Dependent, Registering Dependent
  • Step 1: Click the "Sign In" button in the top-right corner
  • Step 2: Click the Gold "Career Account Button
  • Step 3: Use Purdue Credentials to sign in and approve through Duo Mobile.
  • Step 4: Locate email, or name in top-right corner and click to see menu
  • Step 5: Click Profile
  • Step 6: Scroll down to Family Members and click "Add Family Member"
  • Step 7: Add dependent first name, last name and date of birth. 
  • Step 8: Click "Save".
  • Step 9: Click "Purdue University Logo" in top-left corner
  • Step 10: Click "Boiler Gaming Camp" icon
  • Step 11: Find grade that your dependent will be going to in the Fall.
  • Step 12: Click "Select" on all offerings/weeks that you would like your dependent to go to.
  • Step 13: Click "Register".
  • Step 14: Only click dependent that is eligible for that offering. Click the square by name and click "Register".
  • Step 15: Click "Pay in Full" followed by "Next"
  • Step 16: Proceed to checkout.
Non-Purdue Parent Login Steps
  • Step 1: Click the "Sign In" button in the top-right corner
  • Step 2: If you have an account, please fill in email or username associated with account.
  • Step 3: Click "Next".
  • Step 4: Input Password Associated with RecWell Profile.
  • Step 5: Click "Sign In".
  • Step 6: If trouble signing in, click "Trouble Signing In?". 
  • Step 7: Follow directions to recover username, or reset password.
  • Step 8: If you do not have an account, click "Sign Up".
Adding a Dependent to a Parent Profile
  • Step 1: Locate email, or name in top-right corner of Portal and click to see menu dropdown.
  • Step 2: Click "Profile"
  • Step 3: Scroll down to Family Members and click "Add Family Member"
  • Step 4: Add dependent first name, last name and date of birth. 
  • Step 5: Click "Save".

Adding Emergency and Pickup Contact
  • Step 1: Locate email, or name in top-right corner of Portal and click to see menu dropdown.
  • Step 2: Click "Profile"
  • Step 3: Locate "viewing as" and find the dependent name that you want to add contacts to.
  • Step 4: Click "Name of Dependent".
  • Step 5: Scroll down to  and click "Add Contact"
  • Step 6: Add contact first name, last name, phone number, email and relationship to dependent.
  • Step 7: Click the boxes that you would like to be associated with this contact. It is recommended that the contacts are both case of emergency and authorized pickup.  
  • Step 8: Click "Save".

*Please note that you will need to do these steps for all dependents in your profile.

Adding a Saved Payment Method
  • Step 1: Locate email, or name in top-right corner of Portal and click to see menu dropdown.
  • Step 2: Click "Profile"
  • Step 3: On left-hand side of profile under your picture, find "Payment Options". 
  • Step 4: Click "Payment Options".
  • Step 5: Click "Add New Card".
  • Step 6: Fill in appropriate information.
  • Step 7: Click "Continue". 

*Card information will be saved and it will allow you to process a checkout quicker.
