Power BI Access
Accessing Power BI
All Faculty, Staff, and Students at Purdue automatically have access to Power BI. Users can download Power BI Desktop on their machines by following the instructions in the chart below and under How Do I Get Power BI Installed On My Machine? located on our Power BI FAQ & Support page.
Faculty and Staff (not Students) can also access Power BI through server.

Please see the Microsoft resources below detailing the various Power BI licenses. Unfortunately, Purdue does not have Power BI Premium and there currently are not any plans of acquiring Premium capacity. If you are interested in a Premium workspace, we can reach out to Microsoft on your behalf and inquire about purchasing the Premium capabilities. (Please note that your area would be responsible for the cost associated with this)
