Free online training videos for Tableau Desktop are available on their website. Courses are subject-driven and use the data sources provided with the Tableau Desktop license.

Purdue Tableau Server Training

The Purdue Tableau Server Fundamentals manual provides information on using the Purdue Tableau Server, access to the servers, publishing to Tableau Server, and other usage options. Information on connecting Tableau Desktop directly to various types of data servers is also provided. Project manager roles are covered including setting security on workbooks and security roles for users. Dashboard standards are reviewed and encouraged.
