What is the best way to get started?

What is the source for the Cognos data?

When is data loaded into Cognos?

Business Data

Business data is loaded into Cognos on Monday - Friday between 6:00AM and 7:00AM; Saturday between 9:00AM and 9:30AM.

Business data reports are NOT to be scheduled or ran during the data load times.

Student Data

Student data is loaded into Cognos daily between 12:00AM and 5:00AM.

Student data reports are NOT to be scheduled or ran during the data load time.

When is the scheduled Cognos maintenance window?

The standard Cognos maintenance window is every third Saturday of the month from 5:30AM to 1:30PM. Additional outages will be communicated.. Additional outages will be communicated.

Reports should NOT be scheduled or ran during the maintenance or outage time.
