Length of time in position:
I began in the healthcare concierge position in May 2018, based out of the CHL. Previously, I served on Anthem’s customer care team.
Why do you like working out of the CHL?
I love the staff, and most of all the people that I come in contact with through my position.
Philosophy of Care:
I strongly believe in treating people the way that I want to be treated. My approach is to provide hospitality that is next to none. I approach each person with a smile.
What do you like to do when you’re not at the CHL?:
I am a guy that love the outdoors. I love to watch and play the soccer. I enjoy good food, comedy shows and I like to drive to Chicago and enjoy the attractions. I have a son, Nick, who is in college studying Criminology and Policing.
