Length of time at CHL:
Before coming to the CHL in January 2018, I worked in dermatology and also at a psychiatric hospital. In addition to working at the CHL, I work as needed in an urgent care setting.

Why do you like working at the CHL?
It feels great to go to work every day and do what I love and crave. I am in a position where I get to serve patients that have various needs. Health coaching has always been a passion of mine, and it has been very rewarding to see the growth and transformation of others. I also work with an excellent group of medical professionals; it is truly a wonderful team to be a part of.

Philosophy of care:
I have always been fascinated with health and the impact that our lifestyle choices can make on it. My objective as a health coach is to get you back to the basics and help you develop a strategy that works for you. My goal is to empower you to set healthy and achievable goals that will be long lasting.

What do you like to do when you’re not at the CHL?
I moved here in about 2009 from a small town called Stowe, Vermont. Shortly after that I met my husband. We now have a beautiful three-year-old daughter (and spunky little Chihuahua named Benny)! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoying nature. I am always interested in exploring new foods, places and things! I enjoy listening to audiobooks, cooking, meeting new people and exploring what else this great world has to offer.

Fun fact about me:
I played basketball in high school … and scored 1,000 points!
