Length of time at CHL:

I was presented with the opportunity to become a Nurse Health Coach at the Center for Healthy Living in January of 2018. My previous nursing experience includes roles in Mental Health/Substance Abuse, Urgent Care and Dermatology.

Why do you like working at the CHL?

I really love what I do, and it makes going to work each day something I look forward to. Health coaching has always been a passion of mine, and it has been very rewarding to see the growth and transformation of others. I also work with an excellent group of medical professionals; it is truly a wonderful team to be a part of.

Philosophy of Care:

My interest in health has always been driven by a deep curiosity about how lifestyle habits shape our well-being. My objective as a health coach is to get you back to the basics and help you develop a strategy that works for you. My goal is to empower you to set healthy and achievable goals that will be long lasting.

What do you like to do when you’re not at the CHL?

I moved here in about 2009 from a small town called Stowe, Vermont. Shortly after that I met my husband. We now have two energetic and fun-loving daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoying nature. I am always interested in exploring new foods, places, and things! I enjoy listening to audiobooks, cooking, meeting new people and exploring what else this great world has to offer.

Fun fact about me:

I have lived in Florida, Cape Cod, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont & Indiana.
