Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Length of time at PUSH:
Before coming to PUSH in November of 2025, I completed a year-long Family Nurse Practitioner residency at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Northwest Indiana, where I gained valuable experience providing comprehensive primary care to diverse patient populations. Earlier in my career, I worked for three years as a registered nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation center.
Why do you like working at PUSH?:
I am excited to return to my alma mater and give back to the community that played such a key role in my growth as a student and as a person. I look forward to collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team at PUSH to support the health and well-being of the Purdue community.
Philosophy of Care:
My goal as a nurse practitioner is to work as a team with my patients. I believe that combining my clinical knowledge with a patient’s expertise about their own health, lifestyle, and background allows us to develop personalized and effective care plans. I also believe that when patients understand the facts about their health, they feel more empowered and confident in managing their well-being.
What do you like to do when you're not at PUSH?
I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I also like working on creative projects like jewelry-making, painting, and other DIY projects.
Fun Fact:
I enjoy watching K-Dramas (Korean Dramas) in my free time, and I try to pick a new one to watch every month.
