PUSH No Show Policy and Appeals

A "no-show" occurs when an appointment is missed without cancellation, rescheduling, or when a patient arrives to check-in past the time of their scheduled appointment.

The consequence of a no-show is a $25.00 fee that will be added to your Bursar account. To avoid a no-show fee, you must cancel your appointment at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time, or show up to your appointment prior to its scheduled start time. This applies to all scheduled appointments.

No-shows prevent other students from receiving care when they need it. To cancel an appointment, please use the PUSH Patient Portal or call 765-494-1700. For Physical Therapy appointments, please call 765-494-1839.

To avoid a no-show fee, plan to arrive to check-in for your appointment 15 minutes early at check-in. 

Signing up to receive text and email reminders is another good way to avoid no-show fees. Signing up is easy on the PUSH Patient Portal.
