PUSH No Show Policy and Appeals
A "no-show" occurs when an appointment is missed without cancellation or rescheduling. This also includes arriving more than five minutes late. To avoid a no-show charge, appointments should be canceled at least two hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to cancel with at least a two-hour notice will be considered a "late cancellation," and late cancellations will be treated as a no-show.
No-shows prevent other students from receiving care when they need it. To cancel an appointment, please use the PUSH Patient Portal or call 765-494-1700. For Physical Therapy appointments, please call 765-494-1839.
Students who do not attend their scheduled appointment, who fail to cancel at least two hours in advance, or who arrive more than five minutes late will incur a $25 fee. This policy applies to all scheduled appointments.
We encourage students to opt into our text and email reminder system, which will send appointment reminder messages to help minimize the risk of missing an appointment.
