Fellowships can be awarded two ways: either administered as an assistantship or as a traditional fellowship. Only your business office can tell you what your fellowship is. 

Fellowships being administered as assistantships fall into the graduate staff category; you will follow the graduate staff enrollment:

“True” or “traditional” fellowships fall under the domestic or international student category and will purchase the respective plan. Fellows receive a stipend in two payments, once in fall and again in December. If your fellowship beings in January, the stipend will come in your first payroll.
