Guidance for Submitting Proposals through AHA

• The PI uses their own login to start the proposal, completes the required information, and uploads the required documents.
• Grants officers and fiscal officers must be selected from the list of registered users. Please make sure you have selected Amanda Hamaker as the Grants Officer and Branden Williams as the Fiscal Officer and then clicks “submit to GO” If something needs to be corrected only the PI will be able to do so.
• or Pre-Award will not have access to review the application and submit. Selecting the incorrect person may result in your application not getting submitted to AHA by the established deadline.
