Brenda Masiga-Crowell
Senior Director of Purdue University Student Health Center (PUSH)
Brenda Masiga-Crowell is senior director of the Purdue University Student Health Center (PUSH), where she oversees health services, including physical therapy and nutrition counseling, located at the Córdova Recreational Sports Center.
Masiga-Crowell has a diverse educational and professional background. Most recently she served as the clinical operations leader at the University of Alabama-Birmingham (UAB) Student Health Services. Before joining UAB and transitioning to a career in student health, she worked as a clinical quality service specialist at Barnes-Jewish Hospital (Siteman Cancer Center) in St. Louis. Additionally, she is the nursing continuing education advisor for the American College Health Association, a nationally recognized organization of college health professionals, and has previously served on the organization's board of directors.
Masiga-Crowell earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Miami. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama-Birmingham and a Master of Science in nursing from Saint Louis University.
