Length of time at CHL: I started at CHL in June 2025. Much of my work experience as a dietitian is in hospitals, where I have covered many different areas including Cardiac Intensive Care, General Surgery, Short-Term Rehab, Oncology, Dialysis and Orthopedics.

Why do you like working at the CHL? I’m so happy to be part of the multidisciplinary team at the CHL. I’m excited to build relationships with patients and work with them to find practical and realistic ways to improve their health.

Philosophy of Care: Each person comes to me with their own unique background and experiences. My goal is to connect with each individual where they are and provide them with what they need to reach their personal nutrition and health goals as they move forward.

What do you like to do when you’re not at the CHL? I love spending time with my family – working in our yard, renovating our home, hiking, biking and traveling. I also love to bake and cook!

Fun fact about you: For a week in 2024, I hiked part of the Camino de Santiago in Basque Country in northern Spain. I hiked about 90 miles through the beautiful hills from Irun to Bilbao, carrying all my belongings in a backpack.
