Tiffany Martin, Family Nurse Practioner (FNP) - Staff Bio

Family Nurse Practioner (FNP)

Credentials: MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Professional interests/specializations: Family Nurse Practitioner

Length of time at CHL: Joined CHL in February, 2026.

Why do you like working at the CHL: One of the things I enjoy the most is the opportunity to build long-term, trusting relationships with my patients. Being able to follow them through different stages of life, support their health goals and truly understand their stories is incredibly rewarding and meaningful.

Philosophy of Care: My philosophy of care is rooted in treating each patient as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. I believe in collaborative, patient-centered care that empowers individuals with knowledge, compassion and support to make informed decisions about their health.

What do you like to do when you’re not at the CHL: I enjoy spending time with family and friends. My husband and I spend the warmer months tending to our garden and preparing food for storage. Our kids keep us very busy, but we are transitioning into the stage of older children, so it has been quite interesting navigating teenagers. Our daughter also plays basketball, so we spend a lot of time cheering her on at games. I also enjoy reading!

Fun fact about me: I love playing games and am surprisingly very competitive. I do not like to lose!
