TAO will provide accessible and effective resources including short videos, brief exercises and self-reflection tools.
All students currently enrolled at any level on the Purdue West Lafayette Campus will be eligible for TAO self-help. TAO self-help will be a great option for those who would like help but don't have time to come to CAPS or want to learn at their own pace.
TAO will also be available to Purdue faculty and staff.

TAO will be available at your fingertips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
TAO can help you learn more about yourself and provide insight into areas in which you may need further assistance.
TAO is simple to use.

The TAO platform will be replacing WellTrack.
If you are an existing WellTrack user, you will need to create a new account in TAO when it becomes available.
TAO was vetted by Purdue IT Security prior to offering it to students.
Users will log in to TAO with BoilerKey, and personal information is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
If you are having trouble signing up or need technical assistance, please contact the TAO support team by sending an email to support@taoconnect.org.
Faculty, staff and campus organizations will have the ability to use the program to assign courses and exercises to students. Exercises can be assigned as part of courses or used in conjunction with other well-being programs.
CAPS welcomes the opportunity to partner with departments and organizations around campus to discuss how TAO can be embedded in and used in conjunction with already existing programs. TAO has proven to be successful in academic and extracurricular settings when implemented through areas such as first-year programs, residence life, athletics, disability services and more.
Contact CAPS to find out more about utilizing TAO in your area.
