Brief Phone Screen:

To initiate service with CAPS, please call 765-494-6995 to schedule a Brief Phone Screen, which are available during business hours, Monday-Friday. Brief phone screens are a phone appointment with a clinician to assess the nature and urgency of your concerns, and identify the most appropriate next steps.

Located on 1st Street between Russell St. and Martin Jischke Dr.
The CAPS office is in room 151.

* Purdue Graduate Student Center (PGSC)

Located at 504 Northwestern Ave. inside the Northwestern Parking Garage
The CAPS offices are in rooms 101 and 103

Cultural Center Consultation Hours

CAPS therapists host regular, weekly consultation hours during the Fall and Spring semesters at Purdue University cultural centers.

This is a great, safe way to:

  • ask questions about CAPS services
  • get clarification around topics like confidentiality and service fees
  • have a private, confidential consultation with a therapist
  • share your experiences and voice needs, suggestions, and/or concerns about access to CAPS services related to your cultural group(s)
  • have a fun, informal interactions with CAPS therapists
