Continuing Student Scholarship Application
Continuing students are encouraged to review the following scholarship application questions and to prepare their responses in a Word document
1. Summarize any research experiences you may have had at Purdue, another institution or through summer employment and the impact these experiences have had on your education and career goals. Write you answer in 250 words or less. If none, state none.
2. If you have been in a Co-op program, please describe the focus of the Co-op and what you gained from the experience. Write your answer in 250 words or less.
3. List any extracurricular activities in which you have participated and what role you played. Please include volunteer work, community service, organization and/or club membership regardless of whether they are affiliated with Purdue University. Do not list NCAA athletic activities or participation.
4. List leadership experiences you have had and the impact your leadership has had on an organization and its members. (leadership may be of a formal or informal nature.)
5. If you have participated in a Study Abroad program, indicate the name of the program, and where and when you studied abroad. If more than one, list all programs.

6. Please share your future plans for continuing your education.
7. Provide a brief statement of your professional interests and your short-term and long-term career goals. Write your answer in 250 words or less.
