PUSH wants to make sure you get the best care possible. Your patient advocate will take the time to listen to compliments and concerns about the services you have received at PUSH. It is our goal to provide you with excellent care and your comments help us know when we have it right and when we need to improve.

The patient advocate works directly with management and staff to evaluate all feedback, facilitate resolutions and implement positive change.

The comments that you provide let us know what we are doing right and what we can do to improve upon our services.
