Together, we can Protect Purdue.

Provider visits for illness or injury are free for full time currently enrolled Purdue students on the West Lafayette campus. There are fees for diagnostic testing, medications, immunizations, allergy shots and all other services.

For some services, payment is expected at the time of service and can be made at the Welcome Desk. Otherwise, PUSH will bill your personal health insurance. Patients are responsible for paying any deductible, co-payments, co-insurance or any other costs not covered by their health insurance.

PUSH is in network with most United Healthcare and Anthem plans. We will also bill for all other insurance plans. It is best to contact your insurance carrier by calling the number on the back of your card so that you know what your specific coverage and benefits are at our facility.

PUSH is not a Medicaid provider. However, we can see Medicaid patients for the purpose of ordering tests, referrals, and prescribing medications.

  • Debit, credit and Flexible Spending Account cards with Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover
