  1. Assign Pre-Registration Window
  2. Learning Community
    1. Courses will be placed at the top of the CRF and cannot be moved/deleted.
  3. Ordering of courses matters
    1. Priority 1 will be considered before Priority 2, etc.
  4. Critical courses
    1. Will be weighted highest regardless of their priority order
  5. Alternative vs. Substitute
    1. Alternative - specific to a priority course
    2. Substitute - can be used for any priority course
  6. REG Athletic/PMO courses, Free Time
    1. REG courses - treated as a required course
    2. Free Time -

      Free time requests are intended for students who cannot be scheduled into class during certain periods of the day (e.g., work, childcare, disability, etc.). 

      A high priority free time request may prevent the scheduling process from placing you into a lower priority course if that course meets during the requested free time.  As a direct result, this may impact receiving a required course or a full schedule.
