Understanding Add/Drop Deadlines 

These calendars highlight important add/drop, revision and refund deadlines, but timing and process both matter when it comes to your outcome. 

Our Request Process

• All required actions must be completed by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the stated deadline. 
• The submission date of your request is not the same as its effective date. Requests are only finalized once all required steps are completed, including any approvals or actions from campus partners.  
• Delays in completing these steps may impact your eligibility for a refund or result in your request being canceled if deadlines are missed. 

The revision and refund dates listed in this section apply only to courses that align with the standard academic calendar. Courses offered in nonstandard formats (such as short-term or 2-week courses) follow their own timelines and can be found in the Short Course Add/Drop Deadlines section below.
