Ariana Torres was in Uzbekistan as part of the USAID Farmer-to-Farmer program. She gave 10 workshops as part of her Market Readiness Extension program and provided her market access expertise to Uzbek businesses and gave talks in agricultural and medical universities about consumer trends for foods.

Student members of the Purdue Horticulture Society will be travelling to Cincinnati on April 29th and 30th to visit Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens and Krohn Conservatory. The Director of the botanical gardens, Steve Foltz, will be leading the tour of the gardens.
