- If your undergraduate degree is non-engineering, choose Interdisciplinary Biomedical Sciences as ‘Major’ (Ph.D. only)
- $75 application fee paid online via credit card. Please note that the IBSC program does not have the authority to waive the application fee. The Purdue Graduate School will waive the application fee only in certain circumstances listed at Application Fee.

- Three letters of recommendation
- Transcripts: Same as above plus you must upload an English translation certified by the issuing college or university if the official transcript is not in English.
- Diplomas and certificates – upload copies plus English translations certified by the issuing college or university if the official diploma or certificate is not in English
- GRE not required and will not be utilized in admissions and funding decisions.
- Minimum English proficiency requirements as set by the Purdue University Graduate School. See English Proficiency Requirements for a complete list of accepted tests, minimum scores, test score expiration and allowable waivers. Please note that the IBSC program does not have the authority to waive this requirement.
