Guest Account Tool Request

The Guest Account Tool Request Form provides authorized IT support staff the ability to create short-term computer access for guests of Purdue University. A supervisor must submit this request on an employee's behalf.  A guest of the University may use this account to access resources such as Purdue AirLink (PAL), the campus wireless service, and other IT resources.

To access this form, you will need to use Duo Authentication.

Once you have access to the Purdue Guest Account Tool, a new link will appear in the "your Account Tools" section of the User Account Information page.

Guest Account Requests

Purdue staff and faculty members may request AirLink account(s) for distribution to Purdue guest(s) for legitimate purposes such as those in need of access to internal Purdue resources while on campus. We are required to maintain accurate identity information for the guests who use AirLink accounts. Any person requesting system access for longer than 100 days should have a Request For Privileges (R4P) submitted by the relevant departmental Business Office to HR. Requests for guest(s) may be submitted at https://www.purdue.edu/airlink/request-access/index.php.
