How do I order things?
We typically purchase IT equipment from Apple, Dell, GovConnection, and OfficeDepot, as they have existing purchase agreements with Purdue. As the IT organization in the College of Science, we normally handle routine IT purchases, and the business office will handle the more complex purchases.
Send a ticket to sciencehelp@purdue.edu with the following information:
- Item description, part/model number
- Price
- Quantity
- Account number to charge
- An short approval to purchase with a "benefit to project" note.
