Training Opportunities

FM:S Training

Training sessions are now available for the FM:S system, the University’s space management software. The sessions provide hands-on training for FM:S, including how to record employee location, review floor plans for accurate data and run reports. Anyone who uses the FM:S system to find space, room and floor plan information or request new space is encouraged to attend a session.

Registration is currently open for a session on December 12, 2022.

The following sessions have been scheduled for spring 2023:

  • Thursday, January 12: 9–10 a.m.
  • Wednesday, February 15: 9–10 a.m.
  • Thursday, March 16: 10–11 a.m.
  • Tuesday, April 11: 9:30–10:30 a.m.
  • Wednesday, May 17: 9–10 a.m.

An updated, comprehensive FM:S User Guide is available. Individuals are encouraged to review this document in advance of the training and come prepared with questions.
