Training sessions are now available for the FM:S system, the University’s space management software. The sessions provide hands-on training for FM:S, including how to record employee location, review floor plans for accurate data and run reports. Anyone who uses the FM:S system to find space, room and floor plan information or request new space is encouraged to attend a session.
Registration is now open for various dates and times through December.
An updated, comprehensive FM:S User Guide is available. Individuals are encouraged to review this document in advance of the training and come prepared with questions.
