Purdue University Transportation Service strives to meet the unique transportation needs of faculty, staff and students. Transportation is committed to stewardship, sustainability, safety, and customer service with a focus on taking you where you want to go.


Upcoming Closure:

  • Transportation will be closed on December 15th from 11:30AM-1:30PM due to an all staff mandatory meeting.  If you have a reservation during this time, please plan to use the kiosk (see info below) or arrange an alternative pick-up time with our staff prior to your reservation.
  • Upcoming Winter Recess: Closed 12/23-1/2 - we will reopen on 1/3 at our usual hours.
    • Any vehicle or bus requests for during this time need to be submitted prior to closure.  If you need something during the recess that was not previously scheduled, you will need to go directly to an external company (Enterprise, Express Air Coach).

Kiosk for after hours key pick up implemented: We have now launched our after-hours kiosk allowing you access to your rental cars any time you need them.  With the implementation of the kiosk, this will allow all customers to come to retreive their keys outside of business hours.  Due to this ALL reservations will be starting charges at the time the keys are picked up.  Please contact us with questions regarding this implementation.

    • Precedural Change Details:
      • With the implementation of the Kiosk, customers are able to retrieve their keys outside of normal business hours.  Due to this, charges will start at the time of actual key pick up
      • Please drop vehicle off with a full tank of gas
      • Please remove all trash & personal items out of vehicle- these vehicles will start having back to back reservations
      • With back to back reservations, it is very important that the vehicles are returned at the time specified on the reservation- not doing this could cause a fellow customer to not get a vehicle
      • Unless otherwise told/noted: Please use the Kiosk that is located on the front of the building to return a vehicle
      • Information needed for the kiosk:
        • Correct Username- please call or email with your current Purdue Career Account Username
        • Mileage will be required to check in the vehicle
        • The person that the reservation is under, will have to be the person that picks up/drops off from the Kiosk
