Pre-registration Calendaring Protocol
The following semester week formula determines key pre-registration dates for each term.

| Override requests due | Tuesday of Week 13* at 5 p.m.; one business day after CRF closes |

* During the fall semester, the CRF closing date and override deadlines depend on the timing of the university’s two-day Thanksgiving holiday. The Pre-registration team requires eight business days to complete batch processing, and advisors need one business day for workflow approvals after the CRF closes — a total of nine business days before schedules are released.
