Center for Healthy Living You are at the center of all we do

Who needs a flu vaccine?

If you desire a flu shot, you will need to bring your insurance card. If you’re covered by Medicare, you will need to bring your Medicare card. Because of the heavy demand in 2021, we encourage you to not all arrive at the opening times; rather try to space yourselves out to even out the social distancing and any wait time.

Flu shots will be given at 2550 Northwestern Ave., Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906 (Former State Farm Building access via Kent St.), on the following dates and times:

  • September 19*
    8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
    2550 Northwestern Ave Suite 1100, Room 1200A

  • September 23
    8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
    2550 Northwestern Ave Parking Lot
    (Drive-thru distribution ONLY)

  • October 19*
    8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
    2550 Northwestern Ave Suite 1100, Room 1160A

*No-cost wellness screenings available, 6-hour fast recommended

Note: Due to construction, Yeager Road will be northbound only in September and October  Given the ongoing construction and limited direction, it’s recommended that traffic come in from Cumberland to Kent – use the first (north) – entrance to enter the lot. To exit, go out the south exit to Kent and back out Cumberland to avoid Yeager Road.
