Jeanine Arana‘s presentation, “Black soldier fly composting reduced weed seed germination,” won first place in the 3MT competition at the 10th Annual Agricultural and Biological Engineering Graduate Industrial Research Symposium “Reshaping the Future through Science and Technology.” She competed against students from multiple departments within the Colleges of Agriculture and Engineering at Purdue.

The HLA Weed Science team attended the YCC Career Development Symposium hosted by the Younger Chemists Committee of the American Chemical Society Indiana Local Section at the Corteva Agriscience headquarters in Indianapolis.
