The Graduate Funding and Fellowships Office supports graduate students, postdocs, and Purdue staff in securing and managing funding through fellowships, OGSPS travel and research grants, and assistantships.
We assist graduate students and postdocs with external fellowship applications through workshops and individual advising and feedback on application materials. We also support graduate students in understanding fellowship terms and conditions and meeting graduate staff requirements.
For departments and colleges we offer guidance on managing OGSPS fellowships, developing funding offers, and navigating fellowship and assistantship policies.

Loans and Financial Aid
Various loans and financial aid options are available to support graduate studies at Purdue. These are managed through Purdue’s Division of Financial Aid.
The Dean of Students also offers an Emergency Loan Program, through which $1,000 can be borrowed interest-free for 30 days.
