Our lab is primarily interested in developing cell therapies for cancer using genetically engineered immune cells, particularly T cells.

Current Projects:

Current research projects in the lab include: - Development of chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) targeting solid tumors - Investigation of novel CAR designs to enhance efficacy and reduce on-target off-tumor toxicity - Engineering of synthetic receptors to prevent tumor microenvironment mediated suppression of CAR T cells
