Current Projects:

My laboratory at Purdue University aims to push the boundaries of current immunotherapy. My primary goal is to develop immunotherapeutic drugs for human diseases, particularly cancer and Alzheimer’s disease. To achieve this, I have developed various types of immunotherapeutic antibodies, including antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), bispecific antibodies, antibody-immunogen complexes, and antibody-based cancer vaccines. Additionally, I have established several humanized and caninized mouse models to evaluate our antibodies.
