Current Projects:
The goal of our lab is to make strides in improving outcomes for children with cancer. We are interested in understanding how epigenetic processes affect tumor cell survival, resistance, and response to immunotherapy. Current projects include targeting of canonical and non-canonical Polycomb Repressive Complex 1, epigenetic regulation of GD2 in sarcomas, and selective targeting of therapy-resistant cell states. We hope that new target identification will help guide combination therapies that enhance therapeutic responses in the clinic.
